Barkat Hossain Polash
Barkat Hossain Polash is a freelance cinematographer, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. His first feature film was “Jalal’s Story” which was released on 4th September 2015, for which he won “Best Cinematographer Award” at the 6th “SAARC Film Festival- Sri Lanka’2016. He was a fellow in “Cinematography” at “Asian Film Academy-2015” South Korea and “Kyoto Filmmakers Lab-2016” Japan, Berlinale Talents’2019. Currently he is a member of “Bangladesh Society of Cinematographers”. Along with feature film he is also working in Short Film, TV commercial and Documentary.
